We understand life happens and there may be a need to withdraw from your course. Per the policies below, if you need to cancel, change, or request a refund for your course enrollment please send us an email at admin@mentoragility so we can understand your concerns.
For live classes all cancellation and refund requests must be received 7 days prior to your course start date and within 6 days following your first class and are minus a (admin fee./cost)
For self-paced courses, including blended courses with self-paced and live classes, all cancellation and refund requests must be received within 7 days of course enrollment and you have not completed more than 10% of the lessons. A refund/cancellation fee may apply.
In all cases of un-enrollment and partial course completion CE credit is not available as per the requirements for each accrediting body. Unsatisfactory completion of a class or program is not grounds for cancellation or refund requests.
In all cases, we do not guarantee full or partial refunds and reserve the right to issue credit toward future Mentor Agility offerings.
What is your company Cancellation policy
Mentor Agilty makes every effort to conduct all classes and workshops on the dates and times noted on the website. Should an offering be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled MA will contact participants via email to notify of the intended change(s). Should an offering be canceled in its entirety a full refund will be issued. Should a specific meeting be changed, MA will notify the participants and every effort will be made to reschedule to a date and time that is appropriate given the content, meeting objectives and time issues.
Online modules- You can switch to a different class of equal or more value within 24 hours of purchase.
Workshops- Reservation changes are subject to change fees and must be made at least 15 days prior to your current reservation date. All reservation changes are subject to current rates and availability.
Coaching Groups- Reservation changes are subject to change fees and must be made at least 1 day prior to your current reservation date. All reservation changes are subject to current rates and availability.
Individual Coaching- Appointment rescheduling require a 48 hour notice. All appointment changes are subject to availability.
Policies and procedures for complaint and grievance management
As a NBC-HWC CEU provider we require all correspondence to be in writing so we can properly address and rectify issues regarding:

Complaints about non-receipt of certificates
Complaints about miscellaneous occurrences
Mentor Agility will make all efforts to rectify issues in a responsible and timely manner and communicate back to the appropriate parties.
