Mentor Agility Wellness is an association of specialists in education, medicine, psychiatry, communications, management training, physical training, health and wellness coaching, executive coaching, and nutrition. We are mentors that synthesize our expertise to provide coaching that helps you make a difference in your practice, your life and your clients’ lives

Our goal is to develop materials that provide unique, innovative and effective Continuing Education Unit curriculum offerings that to advance the rapidly emerging practice of Health and Wellness Coaching.

Our Products

We offer a wide range of instructional materials tailored to individual needs, time requirements.

We provide three different levels of online workshops: Introductory, interactive and Advanced.

An Introductory Workshop series can provide you with the information to understand the basics of a particular topic or position.

Group Workshops provide professionals with an opportunity to improve their skills and share ideas with other professionals.

With our Seminars or Lectures we often give presentations in front of a live audience on specific areas of special interest.

Dr. Julie Elledge

Dr. Julie Elledge is a licensed family therapist, an educator - with her PhD in Education - author and a Certified Professional Coach as well as a recognized expert in organizational dynamics. She has coached in multiple disciplines for over 25 years and been an expert commentator on CyberHood Watch Radio and Fox News, among others. She has worked on education initiatives with Apple Education, Twentieth Century Fox, NOAA, BP and INEEL. Dr. Elledge offers coaching, workshops, lectures and an interdisciplinary course in NFP Leadership using the Hero’s Journey as a guide.

Robin Elledge

Robin Elledge combines a unique blend of creative art and practical business. He has been immersed in the creative process of branding, media arts and photography as a counterpoint to his experience in marketing, sales and distribution, serving such companies as Anheuser Busch, IBM, Emerson, and 3M. A published photographer and writer, he’s chronicled events in sports, corporate branding and auto racing. His dual nature helps him teach workshops, courses and does personal coaching evaluating skills, personal strengths and personality with career choices.

Gayle Berthiaume

Gayle Berthiaume is an educator with over 35 years experience as an elementary classroom teacher, Title I teacher, and team leader. Gayle’s students thrived in a technology rich, challenge-based learning environment. They created digital stories and projects to share with other students across the United States and globally. Gayle manages our education and technical interfaces.

With a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Gayle’s vast knowledge of both curriculum and technology makes her a well-respected leader in the educational technology field. She has managed projects and online contests for Apple, Inc., iTunes U, U.S. Executive Office of the President: Office of Science & Technology Policy, U.S. Department of Education, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Innovation America Foundation, and the National Governors Association, among others. Gayle has authored “Technique and Technology: Art and Apps” and also co-authored “Using an iPad With Your Preschooler”. Gayle has also authored and edited several curriculum resources for Apple, Scholastic, Sesame Workshop, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, StoryQuest Institute, LunchBox Lessons, and the Bureau of Education Research. She has served on advisory boards for Apple, Scholastic, and the International Reading Association's Technology, Communication and Literacy Committee.

Most of our instructors are coaches themselves, and provide both expert content and the guidance to maximize your use of that content to optimize your business and your clients’ benefit. They also work very hard to make the content stimulating, relevant to your business issues and worthy of your investment in time and money. They are mentors in the truest sense of the word.

David Sollitt

David Sollitt is a branding and communications consultant who has led high performing advertising agency and communications teams on Madison and Michigan Avenues, in Jackson Hole and in the wilds of Africa, and has directed some of the world’s most successful advertising campaigns. After running a Washington-based international nonprofit, with members in 67 countries, he now focuses on non-traditional branding applications and has consulted successfully with local, national and international nonprofits on branding and communications. Dave offers workshops, courses and personal consultation on personal and organizational branding as well as communication strategies and planning for organizations.

Dr. Cheryl Collins

Dr. Cheryl Collins is a heralded, licensed Psychiatrist who helps guide patients to better choices and better outcomes, and helps our clients better evaluate and manage their ideal career choices for optimal satisfaction. Dr. Collins provides personal and professional coaching, career evaluation and seminars on the physical and mental health benefits of career choices that are rewarding, satisfying and instill passion.

Dr. Rathna Raju

Dr. Rathna Raju is an innovative physician and specialist who has studied a variety of therapeutic options, including regenerative medicine, integrating brain imaging science into her everyday clinical practice, environmental medicine and evidence based medicine.

Dr. Raju is the first physician in Wyoming (Idaho and Montana) to train in Regenerative Medicine! This field holds the promise of regenerating damaged tissue in the body and/or to stimulate the body’s own repair mechanisms to heal previously irreparable injuries. She is the only physician in Wyoming trained in Environmental Medicine.

She is also the first, and only, physician in Wyoming to have trained at the University of Arizona’s acclaimed two year fellowship program in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil. 

Dr. Raju leads courses in specialized nutrition, weight management and longevity.

Ryan Elledge

Ryan Elledge is a certified Organic Chef and Nutritional Consultant who works with his clients to provide alternative diets and eating habits to deal with health issues and to achieve optimal health. Focusing on plant based, gluten free, dairy free and other dietary regimens, he provides guidance on weight loss, allergies, autism and other conditions. He provides workshops on the links between diet and health, complete with recipes and diet plans to help your clients reach optimal health.

Michael MacDonald

Michael McDonald is the Head Instructor at the Valhalla Martial Arts Center in Santa Barbara, CA. Whether you call him Coach, Sifu, or Sensei, Michael has had a lifelong commitment to martial arts and with that a diverse range of instructors and mentors over 30+ years of training and instruction.
He mentors students in multiple martial arts disciplines as well as Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and Krav Maga training.
His belts and certifications include:

Elizabeth Koutrelakos

Elizabeth started working for Grand Teton National Park Trail crew at the age of 18. While getting her Bachelors in Psychology at University of Colorado at Boulder, she discovered the value of the outdoors in personal development. She spent two years in Denali National Park, Alaska as a trail crew leader for high school students and veterans. She then returned to the Tetons to run the Youth Conservation Program and 10 week program for high school students to develop teamwork and knowledge of trail building, plant identification and historic preservation techniques. Here, she saw the impact of the natural world on adolescent development and self esteem. She earned her Masters in Social Work at the University of Wyoming and was given the Student Graduate Research Award for her research on constraints and negotiation strategies of female adolescents in outdoor settings. She has worked as a LCSW in community mental health serving as an instructor for DBT adult groups, day treatment groups for children, and individual therapy for adults and children. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, climbing, picking wild plants and cooking.
