Mentor Agility, Philanthropy is a diverse group of professionals who have joined together to form an education and coaching resource for the nonprofit and other professional communities. Educators, philanthropic professionals, healers, communicators and storytellers provide a unique suite of educational and training programs for nonprofit leaders, managers, board members and volunteers.
Based in Jackson, Wyoming, with one of the highest concentration of nonprofits per capita in the US, we understand that nonprofit work is a rewarding, life enhancing career for many, made better by trained, motivated, dedicated, and well-placed talent, drawn from many walks life and backgrounds.
We offer workshops, lectures & coaching
All in individual and group environments, private consulting and other resources with an emphasis on nonprofit management expertise, self discovery, communications, and storytelling as a career skill.

Dr. Julie Elledge
Dr. Julie Elledge is a licensed family therapist, an educator - with her PhD in Education - author and a Certified Professional Coach as well as a recognized expert in organizational dynamics. She has coached in multiple disciplines for over 25 years and been an expert commentator on CyberHood Watch Radio and Fox News, among others. She has worked on education initiatives with Apple Education, Twentieth Century Fox, NOAA, BP and INEEL. Dr. Elledge offers coaching, workshops, lectures and an interdisciplinary course in NFP Leadership using the Hero’s Journey as a guide.
Robin Elledge combines a unique blend of creative art and practical business. He has been immersed in the creative process of branding, media arts and photography as a counterpoint to his experience in marketing, sales and distribution, serving such companies as Anheuser Busch, IBM, Emerson, and 3M. A published photographer and writer, he’s chronicled events in sports, corporate branding and auto racing. His dual nature helps him teach workshops, courses and does personal coaching evaluating skills, personal strengths and personality with career choices.
Gayle Berthiaume is an educator with over 35 years experience as an elementary classroom teacher, Title I teacher, and team leader. Gayle’s students thrived in a technology rich, challenge-based learning environment. They created digital stories and projects to share with other students across the United States and globally. Gayle manages our education and technical interfaces.
With a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Gayle’s vast knowledge of both curriculum and technology makes her a well-respected leader in the educational technology field. She has managed projects and online contests for Apple, Inc., iTunes U, U.S. Executive Office of the President: Office of Science & Technology Policy, U.S. Department of Education, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Innovation America Foundation, and the National Governors Association, among others. Gayle has authored “Technique and Technology: Art and Apps” and also co-authored “Using an iPad With Your Preschooler”. Gayle has also authored and edited several curriculum resources for Apple, Scholastic, Sesame Workshop, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, StoryQuest Institute, LunchBox Lessons, and the Bureau of Education Research. She has served on advisory boards for Apple, Scholastic, and the International Reading Association's Technology, Communication and Literacy Committee.
David Sollitt is a branding and communications consultant who has led high performing advertising agency and communications teams on Madison and Michigan Avenues, in Jackson Hole and in the wilds of Africa, and has directed some of the world’s most successful advertising campaigns. After running a Washington-based international nonprofit, with members in 67 countries, he now focuses on non-traditional branding applications and has consulted successfully with local, national and international nonprofits on branding and communications. Dave offers workshops, courses and personal consultation on personal and organizational branding as well as communication strategies and planning for organizations.
Elizabeth started working for Grand Teton National Park Trail crew at the age of 18. While getting her Bachelors in Psychology at University of Colorado at Boulder, she discovered the value of the outdoors in personal development. She spent two years in Denali National Park, Alaska as a trail crew leader for high school students and veterans. She then returned to the Tetons to run the Youth Conservation Program and 10 week program for high school students to develop teamwork and knowledge of trail building, plant identification and historic preservation techniques. Here, she saw the impact of the natural world on adolescent development and self esteem. She earned her Masters in Social Work at the University of Wyoming and was given the Student Graduate Research Award for her research on constraints and negotiation strategies of female adolescents in outdoor settings. She has worked as a LCSW in community mental health serving as an instructor for DBT adult groups, day treatment groups for children, and individual therapy for adults and children. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, climbing, picking wild plants and cooking.
Marcy Heim CFRE, PLCC is a highly respected coach and speaker, with over 30 years in service to the not-for-profit world, helping organizations and individuals improve their development and major gift donor performance. Based in Madison, WI, Marcy holds the AFP Outstanding Fundraising Professional award and has built a significant practice mentoring individuals and organizations throughout the world.
Dr. Cheryl Collins
Dr. Cheryl Collins is a heralded, licensed Psychiatrist who helps guide patients to better choices and better outcomes, and helps our clients better evaluate and manage their ideal career choices for optimal satisfaction. Dr. Collins provides personal and professional coaching, career evaluation and seminars on the physical and mental health benefits of career choices that are rewarding, satisfying and instill passion.
