This is an online workshop focused on meditation, relaxation techniques, and stress management for coaches. Relaxation Techniques for Coaches is a five-session course that introduces meditation and its benefits, teaches the basic principles and techniques, practices use of mantra and moving meditations, and opens discussion on stress management for your clients.

Enthusiasm, open mind, notebook and pencil! The class will be using Ring Central so a high speed (10MB Down) internet connection with a computer is recommended so you will be able to see visuals as well as hear the instructor. Students may also call in but you will not be able to see any visuals.
